Dignity Health, 2900 Whipple Avenue, Redwood City

Upon taking over the property management and leasing of this on-campus medical office building in 2008, we successfully raised rents to market levelsan average of 10%--increase over previous ownership levels, allowing our client to be in compliance with Stark laws. This was accomplished with 100% retention of existing tenants and positive feedback from them about our efforts.

Stanford University

We successfully assisted Stanford in the transition of 750 Welch Road in Palo Alto at the end of a ground lease, keeping tenant satisfaction high during necessary building upgrades and improvements, all the while maintaining 100% occupancy.

Parnassus Heights Medical Center

Bayside, during its first 18 months of involvement with this trophy asset, assisted its clients in increasing rents an average of 8% on lease rollovers and over 15% on new deals, achieving the highest medical office rents in the Bay Area without losing any tenants.
