This was accomplished with 100% retention of existing tenants and positive feedback from them about our efforts.

Stanford University

We successfully assisted Stanford in the transition of 750 Welch Road in Palo Alto at the end of a ground lease, keeping tenant satisfaction high during necessary building upgrades and improvements, all the while maintaining 100% occupancy.

Parnassus Heights Medical Center
